adequate, but showing its age

peeling wallpaper stained carpets

the location was good. it was close to many attractions.

the room felt dated, and some of the furniture showed wear. i noticed peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. the carpets also seemed old and stained.

The marina view from my room was great! the breakfast and evening drinks in the horizon club lounge were also fabulous. the staff were very friendly and did a great job. I really appreciated the complimentary champagne and strawberries one night.

The room looked dirty when i arrived. It didn't seem vacuumed. some furniture cushions were grubby and stained. i found the pool recliners very uncomfortable. Tiles around the pool need redoing. The whole place looks worn and needs an upgrade.

excellent marina stay

marina suite separate living area small balcony beautiful atmosphere

i was upgraded to a marina suite (it was such a nice surprise!). the room had a separate living area. the bathroom included a bathtub and a separate shower. there was also a small balcony that overlooked the marina. the gardens are meticulously maintained creating a beautiful atmosphere. the location is perfect for accessing the marina and nearby restaurants.

the elevators seemed a bit slow at times, especially during peak hours.

i also noticed that housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms clean. the concierge was always available to assist with luggage and transportation needs.
